In brief.. OR Tambo is a building donated by Murray & Roberts in 1995 and last year the board appointed Mjikeni to help raise funds and make an awareness of the facility.
For 67 minutes Mjikeni had an event and invited Mr Dali Tambo to come to the centre for the first time since 1995 and also invited companies to partner like JRA, Pikitup, Nestle, Coca cola, Jhb Market, to join hands in this initiative.
UkhoziFM was also invited to broadcast live at this event. All 5 high schools of Alex were invited and a Limo came to surecase the best E-learning courses that will be offered at OR Tambo..Celebrities like Zahara, Bongani Masondo, Israel and more came to paint with us.
It was a huge success and we had a Gala dinner at night and our key note address speaker was Member of Parliament Mr Obed Bapela.. a full report on this day and pictures are available.
